( Fri 8th April 17.55) Me and my wife appreciated we had just arrived before store closing time, and we were very apologetic for this. The film I purchased from the Photographers gallery cost £22.98.Įdgware branch - disgusting customer serviceĮdgware branch Just popped into this store. At the very least I wish to be refunded the £30 developing costs and the £29.98 I spent on the film I purchased from you. This has put me in a precarious position where I may not even be able to reshoot all of my work in time for my exhibition, I also can't afford the costs a second time round. Weeks of work ruined simply by trusting this company to develop my negatives. I am extremely upset about this, not only for all the money wasted but also, precious time at such an important period of my degree. I can't print them in the dark room and I can't even use them as scans as they are so damaged. These scratches have made my work unusable. This is presumably from the the rollers in the developing machine. The ENTIRETY of the three rolls are absolutely covered in deep scratches, covering the entire length and width of the negative, there is not a single frame unaffected. My film has come back in a condition that I have never before witnessed. I then made the fatal mistake of going to your Covent Garden branch (Garrick Street) and having my film developed there (The two I purchased from you and a roll that I purchased from the Photographers Gallery). I spent nearly £200 on shooting the work for my show. I bought these to shoot my degree show work. I recently purchased two rolls of film from your Farringdon branch (Kodak gold 200).

I am extremely disgusted at the quality of your services and subsequent customer support. I have also been ignored in numerous follow up emails and on social media. I had recently been in touch with Stuart at the Covent Street branch, but have since been ignored after being told I would be refunded.

Ruined my negatives and my emails have been ignored
